LEAD CONSULTANT: COMMUNITY KNOWLEDGE & SCHOOL MARKETING

Dana has served schools, churches, and ministries across the country for 20 years in the roles of strategic growth consultant, vice president of growth and marketing, and, at the beginning of her career, as a teacher. In addition to consulting and leading Blueprint Schools, she avidly presents, writes, and shares on social media on the subjects of organizational development, marketing, and growth.

Dana lives in Appleton, Wisconsin with her husband Ryan (Instructional Coordinator at Fox Valley Lutheran High School) and their two children.

LEAD CONSULTANT: STUDENT LEARNING

Ryan serves as Instructional Coordinator at Fox Valley Lutheran High School. In the past he has served as Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the PreK-12th grade program at Divine Savior Academy in Doral, FL, and as Athletic Director at California Lutheran High School in Wildomar, CA. He is passionate about student learning, helping school ministries develop Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and using AI to equip and empower teachers. Ryan holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelors in Education.

Ryan is married to Dana (yes, the Dana above) and enjoys golf, cooking on his Green Mountain smoker, and Wisconsin sports of all kinds.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Andrea Semmann has over 20 years of experience leading organizations through growth and change. She is the founder and owner of 4610 Consulting LLC, a firm that partners with nonprofit organizations to develop growth strategies and maximize operational efficiency. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration.

Andrea is a new resident of Arizona relocating from the Midwest and enjoys hiking and experiencing the beauty of the Southwest. She is an active member of her church, leading women’s bible study, and serves as the co-chair of the building committee. She is married and has three grown boys and two wonderful daughters-in-law.

LEAD CONSULTANT: CHURCH MINISTRY & STRATEGIC PLANNING

Elton served as a WELS parish pastor for 24 years during which, under God, he launched a new congregation, served as senior pastor in a turnaround congregation (which opened a preschool and K-8 school), and was privileged to serve in several district and synodical positions, including Director of WELS Parish Assistance – a consulting ministry that became a blessing to about 500 congregations.

Elton and his wife Gail (a horticulturist) reside in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Elton holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Ministry Management and leads Crossroads Consulting Ministry.

LEAD CONSULTANT: TEAM

Jake brings over a decade of experience in education, serving as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He holds two master’s degrees, one in Physical Education and the other in Educational Administration. Jake’s career highlights include the rare opportunity to build a high school program from the ground up while overseeing a major building project at the same time. In addition to his leadership roles, he is a frequent presenter in undergraduate courses at his alma mater, Martin Luther College, where he also serves on the governing board.

Outside of his professional work, Jake enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, their two children (soon to be three), and their dogs. He is an avid music fan who regularly attends concerts and plays guitar in church. Dedicated to personal growth, Jake strives to live outside his comfort zone, embracing challenges with enthusiasm both in his career and in everyday life.

LEAD CONSULTANT: PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Andy has over 20 years of experience in education and school leadership. As a principal in Houston, Texas, he helped grow a school from 19 to 110 students by developing a strong educational philosophy. He has twice received the Barnes & Noble Teacher of the Year Award and has been a keynote speaker on teaching with passion.

Andy currently serves as principal at St. Paul’s in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. He has served on the Martin Luther College Governing Board and in various district leadership roles. He is passionate about sharing God’s Word and seeing His work through others.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Campbell is a student at Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she is majoring in psychology and minoring in marketing. Since the founding of Blueprint Schools, she has managed the organization’s social media presence and has played a key role in shaping its brand identity. In addition to coordinating social media, Campbell oversees the graphic design for Blueprint’s marketing, communications, and program materials. She also serves Blueprint clients, providing creative design support to help them bring their brands to life.

When she is not working for her parents, she loves playing pickleball & tennis, hanging out with her friends, scrapbooking, and reading!

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & ONLINE ADVERTISING SERVICES

Matt is an expert in web development, graphic design, web technology and advertising. He started Visaggio and Co. in 2010 with a mission to work on inspiring projects with inspiring people to make an impact. He enjoys helping schools build and market websites that enable them to reach families with the Gospel.

Matt has taught and designed courses in the field of public administration at Florida SouthWestern State College and Southern New Hampshire University. He is a graduate of Luther Preparatory School and Florida Gulf Coast University and holds a master’s degree in public administration.

When not working, Matt enjoys time with his family and reading.

GRANT WRITING

Bethany has worked in the grant writing industry for the past 20 years, helping WELS and other faith-based nonprofits secure funding through grants from foundations, corporations, and federal programs. Bethany is the founder of Grow Grant Writing and Consulting, which provides grant writing services for nonprofits throughout the country. She is passionate about helping organizations discover how to develop and manage a comprehensive grant strategy that allows them to fulfill their mission.

Bethany and her husband, Christian (pastor at Redemption Lutheran), live in Milwaukee and have 4 adult children and an amazing daughter-in-law. When not working, Bethany enjoys traveling to see her kids, hiking, playing volleyball, and reading.
